Hercules Crash Cushion – MASH Test Level 3
The Hercules Crash Cushion meets of exceeds MASH test lelvel 3, which is designed for 100km/h roadways.
The new American Standard MASH 2016 requires restraint systems tested with more severe criteria with respect to the previous NCHRP 350.
MASH Standard for Crash Cushions requires the use of a pickup with mass 2270 kg (5004 lbs.).
Thanks to its high robustness, Hercules stops the errant vehicles and guarantees passenger safety.

ATS Traffic is a 3M certified fabricator which gives us access to the best sign-grade aluminum in the industry. It’s 50% thicker than other manufacturers’ utility-grade materials, so while their signs may tear off their posts, ours stay in place. 3M first developed retroreflective sheeting over 70 years ago and is still leading the way in traffic visibility. As a 3M certified fabricator, we carry a full line of temporary and permanent reflective sheeting that can be applied to your signs and equipment.
Our production facility can make 1,000 signs a day. We use an electrostatic system for painting and dipping, do individual screen printing, and overlaminate our signs. Our process takes more time and effort, but our signs look sharper, shine brighter, and last longer.
